Pain in tricep biceps and neck with suspecting exposure

I have had anal sex with a guy using condom, suddenly i lost my erection in penis and I felt my penis is coming out from condom, i barely able to get out the penis from his anus and i lost the condom at the edges of his anus, again i used new condom.. but it make me worry and after two weeks i have  pain in my arms specially on Triceps and biceps and neck sometimes pain is moving here and there so is this could be a ARS or am i at a risk (, i do not have swallowed lump or fever ) Do u think that  i need testing?

You didn't have a risk . What you describe is simply sliding out of a condom , the sex was still protected and you were covered during intercourse , that's all that matters .

Your symptoms are not specific to hiv and if this is your only concern it cant be hiv that's causing you discomfort because there was zero risk in your situation .

As a sexually active person you should be having sexual health checkups to test for all std's including hiv at least once a year , some std's can be present without symptoms and are much more easily contracted than hiv , so get your checkups and remember to use condoms correctly and consistently and you will avoid hiv.
