We got an 8am knock at the door this morning as well.  It was the neighbor asking if we had any pain meds.  Our roommate answered.  The neighbor is about 26.  He's had a pill addiction and has moved back in with his mom.  He said he would pay any price.  Since he doesn't have a job, it left us wondering what he meant by that.  It sounded like sex to us.

Our roommate said we didn't have any now.  The neighbor gave him his number and said to text him.  He is very hot, so I guess that's why our roommate didn't get on to him for knocking so early.  Funny how we excuse behavior, depending on how someone looks.  He got addicted, after breaking several bones while competing in motor-cross.  I am afraid our roommate will be drinking one night and take him up on it.  That will only lead to problems.  Now, I will have to worry about him breaking in.

My, what a turn this thread has taken... from Miss P losing her scarf to Catwoman breaking in to steal the pearls....

But what I really crave is a good Jennifer Aniston flick.

Some might say "good Jennifer Aniston flick" is an oxymoron, and not be wrong, technically, but there's a difference between a bad movie and an unwatchable one.   Horrible Bosses and Wanderlust both had some good bits.

Irony darling, irony. That said, The Good Girl with Aniston and a very young J. Gyllenhaal is very good. She performs better in smaller, less big budget material. I used to revile her greatly due to Friends but lately I've let go of my inner grief. Then again, I love Lisa Kudrow.

I'm over "hating on Jennifer Anniston" as well.  Anyhoo, geez, she gets kudos for raking in millions year after year making such bombs.  That's some serious talent.

I just mentioned Easy A in another thread, with Lisa Kudrow.  She's good in it.

Any age Jake is aok with me!

One of the guilty pleasures I have with these big-budget Hollywood Jennifer vehicles is the overdone art direction.  Wanderlust is so over-decorated and over-costumed, its fucking so desperate that its hilarious.

I explained why I found myself there in my opening post. Do you even know what it's like to drive in a city in the northeast? And I bet I parallel park better than everyone here on this forum.

Yes, I destroyed a rented Impala in one of those god foresaken traffic circles in New Hampshire.

I didn't see you in the google map.  True story:  We have google latitude on our phones, so I can see where my brother and others are.  They can track where I am.  It uses google maps.  I actually looked for my brothers car at a restaurant.  I did realize how stupid this was within two seconds, but still.   ::)

You can see (in street view) one of my cats (Fred) sitting on the ledge outside my living room window. Over in England, you can see my daughter's (paternal) granny standing outside her front door with a broom in her hand. I'll leave the mother-in-law jokes to your imagination.

btw, enter "1117 South Franklin Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania" in google maps then go to "street view" and you can see exactly where I was when the mirror came off and how fucking small the street was. Tired lametards.

Pfft. That street is positively huge compared to some of the streets down in the old section of the town I live in. Some of them are so narrow they don't even have sidewalks and you can still barely fit a car down them. You have to duck into a doorway when a car comes past while you're walking down the road. It can be a challenge when stumbling home from the pub.

There was a guy living here a few years ago who just had to have a Humvee. He finally got rid of it when he kept getting stuck between houses and having to pay for the damages he incurred.

This hood didn't get fab until after I moved in. Oh, and if I lived across the street I'd officially be outside of the Fab Zone.

No, what I'm saying is that I'm so fabulous that everyone else becomes fab by moving where I live. Happened in every place of NYC I lived too. I think it's all of the rainbows that come out of my sphincter. It's like a sign from heaven.
