Obviously you can't afford to participate in the insurance market since you are unemployed.

Fish around in this link -- I advise locating an HIV clinic that uses Ryan White for medical services (Ryan White is more like an umbrella program, and only one part provides medication through ADAP. There are other parts that do medical care if you have no other payment option, and also provide dental care and mental health, etc.) I do not live in Florida and things differ state to state, but if you can find an HIV clinic in that link that integrates case management that will be your best option as you will both find a doctor as well as a case manager that can best inform you of your other options.

no, you need to reach out to an AIDS Service Organization near to you (http://directory.poz.com/) and contact a case manager - just as MissP told you to do. ;)

Some ASOs will pay for meds and some States have medicaid and/or medicaid expansion.  Ryan White/ADAP can cover meds, copays and even insurance premium payments. Since typically HIV regimens are around $2500 a month (every month for life) you really need to speak with someone to help arrange the best access to meds for you in your situation.

btw, the marketplace is not based upon credit but upon income.  If you had income, you might be eligible for the marketplace - maybe even receiving subsidies or tax credits. (but you said you had NO income, so that ain't for you. Sorry.) However, if you have low to no income (and that is you in your situation), you would need to apply for Medicaid Expansion - although sadly, like here in the carolinas, Florida has not accepted ME. So you desperately need to seek out professional case management to figure out the best way for you to get access to healthcare in Florida.
