12 yrs ago i had penis to penis with another guy. i was still uncircumsized at that time. he also performed blowjob on me also tongue to tongue. also body licking. we did this daily for about a week. NO anal intercourse.

after 6 years i had wbc of 9500, 26% lymphocyte, which is equal to 2470 absolute lymphocyte count.

now, after 12 years i had wbc of 8900, 26% lymphocyte, which is equal to 2314 absolute lymphocyte count.

i read online that an absolute lymphocyte count less than 1000 also means a cd4 less than 200.

but this month i had an oral ulcer on my tongue and it really hurt so after 3 days i started applying anti-stomatitis on that part of my tongue. but after a day or so it exploded all over my mouth i had 40 oral ulcers on my mouth. ouch. i didnt know if it was because of the medication i applied maybe it was chemically irritated so it exploded. so i stopped applying it then starting the day it exploded then 7 days later they disappeared and now i only have one oral ulcer in my mouth. im still waiting for it to disappear. my dermatologist said it was oral herpes

do i have hiv?

The ONLY way to know your hiv status is through hiv antibody testing.

If what you report is the sum total of your sexual experience, then it is highly unlikely that you would be infected with hiv. If you have ever had unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse with ANYONE, male or female, then you need to test.

And by the way, anyone can have oral herpes. It is a very common problem and is NOT an indication of hiv infection. If you're worried about your hiv status, the only way forward is to test.

Q, you have been wondering about your status for 12 years? And then reading on the web to kind of back into a self-diagnosis of your health? Playing doctor with yourself without a license is bad for your health.

Nothing you have reported as far as your activities leads me to expect other than a negative result. But HIV is never something to guess about. And anyone who's sexually active is well advised to have a full panel of STD tests done at least annually just as a precaution.

Get yourself an HIV test and put this old issue to rest. From what you have described I expect you will test negative, but only a test can give you an answer for sure.
