PLEASE READ -- Baton Has Been Passed
« on: January 23, 2007, 09:00:40 am »
Hello Everyone,

I have news to share regarding AMG '07's planning leadership. When I accepted Rocky's tap, my plate was not as full as it is now--professionally and personally. Ric and I worked well as a team to move the initial phases forward. However, I find it's best to follow Ric's lead and take care of my plateful.

It's been clear that among our supporters was the right leader to take the event to completion. Clear because of his knowledge and contributions to AMG '07 thus far. Dennis agreed over the weekend, graciously and without hesitation, to take on the role as coordinator of AMG '07.

Thank you so much, Dennis. On behalf of everyone who is, was or will be involved and attending--you are leading a very special event which for some has been life-changing.

I know Robert, Joseph (Strayboy), Michael (Sonoma Beach), Angels4Kelly and others are already assisting, or have agreed to assist, with logistics, administrative work, etc. And, there are others who are generously assisting anonymously.

I encourage you to stay in touch with the Gatherings Forum in order to stay abreast of news, offer your assistance if you have time and the inclination, and, most important, to make your plans to attend.

Sincerely
Anne

Anne

Thank you so much for the help during this initial phase.  Though disappointed by your announcement I fully understand the need for it considering everything you've got going on.  Be well and hopefully we'll see you in September.   :-*

Anne, I certainly understand and appreciate your decision.

I join the others in saying "Thank You" for the work you did, and I hope to see you at AMG 07.

Dennis, thank you for stepping up and taking the reins.   The work you are doing is greatly appreciated.

Alan
