Hey everyone - I hope all is well in here.  I've checked out for awhile but I am back  :)

Its been a very busy 6 months or so for me.  I have been slammed at work and had a few international trips. 

Things are going good and after almost two years of diagnosis my life is getting back to normal.  I had been undectable for quite some time but my last labs registered a VL of about 230 which I guess by some standards would be considered undectable.  Not to worried at this point since there is no trend yet....so I wait in anticipation of my next lab draw.  My CD4 count on the other hand reached its highest at 247 so I guess that is a plus. 

Anyway just wanted to check in and see whats going on in here and hope everyone is doing well.
