hi,been on artipla since dec 2007 with vl 100000+ cd 4 67,after starting vl went down <40 but in my last 2 bloods vl has risen 65,118 (every 3 months tested)but cd4 has gone up to 270.my doc says i should start new drugs .is a vl increase from 65 to 118 enough to warant a change of regime that i am comfortable with or should i try staying on atripla until my next bloods and change if it still going up?
please advice
