I like my Christianity steeped in legend, technicolor Hollywood style, reeking of insense, the mysterious bedrock of European culture and history, and so on and so on.  Beats the current death knell of the morally bankrupt and all too modernly and banally corrupt Vatican. 
Christmas, on the other hand, I can deal with in any of its manifestations. :)
