Am I at risk? I am going out of mind. please help me.

Dear All,
I have been exposed to a HIV risk situation. On 2nd December 2012. I had unprotected sex with a woman and actually I don't know her's HIV status. I asked her and she told me that she don't have HIV. But I am still feeling she was lieing because I have got so many symptoms that related to HIV.
     My exposure  was more than 30 minutes. In 5 days post this event when I got an ECZEMA on my neck I scared very much. At 1 week I experienced pain on my back and neck. than I got more afraid. As soon as I went to the doc. and explain to him. He told me that that symptoms were not because of HIV.  I was also suggested to test blood for HIV. In 19 days I tested the blood and the result came normal. Than I felt some relax. But i couldn't stop worrying. All the time i was thinking maybe I have HIV.  At 4 weeks I experience 1 sore in corner of my mouth. and next day I got red bumps both sides of my tongue also flat area. tonssil are also swelling. but i never feel pain when i chewing, drinking ,eating and swalling. Also swelling backside of my knees.   (which are still lasting). But I never feel fever, headache and swelling lymphnodes if there are.
      at 6 weeks     I developed 1 sores on my upper lip. it was clear in 5 days. than another sore in cheek after that near of wisdom teeth and now another cheek.         At  8 weeks I got 5/6 very small bumps in my chest and 3 on my face. also I have got again 2 ECZEMA   on my face. And sometime sneezing.
I am going to retest again after 3 months. everybody says I am having these symptoms  because of HIV is that correct?  what does the 19 days negative result indicate?

You did have a risk, and you are wise to be tested.

We don't focus on symptoms here, as they are different with almost everyone when they occur at all. However, I WILL say that the primary symptoms of HIV are caused by your immune system building a reaction to the virus and creating antibodies. That is why they are flu-like, generally, and they come and go all at once.

Your symptoms sound nothing at all like that. Not the timing, not the specifics.

While I suppose a 16 day test is better than nothing, a six - week test is usually the earliest one that's considered generally reliable. And of course a test at three months is still the global gold standard.

Were I you, I would get a complete STD panel done at three months, since syphilis shared that testing window with HIV.

Also, I don't have to tell you to wear a condom. Moderator Ann has some excellent links in her signature line.

hello everybody,
Sorry, my english is bad.
I'm very very scaring because I had unprotected sex with a female 9 weeks ago...a drunken mistake that I severely regret. From next day unprotected sex I started to drink alchohal to forget things. every time I say myself I have hiv. some time i am thinking my life is finished. after unprrotected sex I stop my study an work. I am only googling to know about hiv symptoms. and now i am 100 % sure i am hiv infected , if google is right.
I am going to mention below what problem i am having from sex.

day 4:-one ring worm or eczema appear on my neck. (6 days gone)

day 8-15:- back pain and neck pain
day 21:-dry cough for 3 days (sometime)

day 27:- one mouth sore in corner of my mouth (which has still i have)
day 28:- some red bumps on the tongue (which has still i have) also swelling back side of my knees. (still not gone)

day 35-45:- 3 different sore on my cheeks upper lip and near of wisdom teeth (was lasting 5 to 7 days).

day 42:- to till date (but sometime) feeling muscle pain ,under the arm pit, and groin area pain. but i am not feeling swelling lymph node, fever, nausea vomiting.

day 52:- body itching.
day 53:- 3/4 small red bumps on chest and the chest is become sometime red and sometime normal.( still having)

day 56:- 2 red bumps on my cheeks and 2 (1x1 inch) purple eczema or wring worm appeared (still not gone)
day 62: one wring worm on my neck.

I was tested blood in 19 days was negative.and also i am going to tested at 13 weeks.
yes, I have heard HIV can not be diagnose by symptoms. for 50-90 % people can get symptoms. If it so, I have few question. I request you all please do not hesitate to give your opinion.

1.are those symptoms have any specific for HIV?
2.what time does symptoms appear and disappeared?
3. can those symptoms from stress/anxiety?
4. HIV  symptoms were coming on time?
5. what about 19 days negative result?

I hope your opinion will help me to preparing for anything.

JK has already told you that yes, you have had a risk, but you are very likely to come out of this one-off incident hiv negative.

1. No, as you've already been told, your symptoms are in no way hiv specific nor do they sound anything like acute hiv symptoms.

2. They come on all at once and go all at once, usually around weeks two and three.

3. We cannot diagnose what is causing your symptoms, we can only tell you that they do not sound even remotely hiv related. Go see a doctor to find out what is actually going on.

4. NO. They aren't hiv symptoms to begin with.

5. I do not expect your nineteen day negative result to change.
