It's interesting to compare the results of the PICASSO study against the UNAIDS epidemic update:

NOTE: If the PICASSO were based on patients with CD4=26, and shows already good results, while the survey above is for any CD4 for patient with AIDS.
Newly infected patient might hops a better results.
This graph is also a good news, because the curves tend to become almost flat.
