Title: really nervous cant study
Post by: navasko on March 09, 2013, 04:48:07 pm
Hello,
i really dont know where  to begin. i found this forum a few hours ago and i have been reading stories over and over and am currently in a very nervous state. i have just turned 18 a week ago and on my birthday a girl offered me a blowjob. she was a stranger to me that i met in a party. i am a virgin never had sex and it was my first blowjob ever. she first went down on me without a condom and she caughed twice during the process. min or 2 into it i freaked out and put a condom on. i was really nervous and couldnt even get a boner and did not cum or had any precum. the next morning i woke up with a burning sensation when i pee and lower back pain. i thought that it would go away throughout the day but it didnt so the next day i went to see a doctor i told him about my back pain and the burning feeling in my penis, at first he thought its a kidney stone but after ultrasound he told me that my pee tested negative and the ultrasound is negative and that its either a std or a bacteria infection. he gave me antibiotics and sent me home. i still have the same symptoms and am thinking of getting tested on monday. i really dont know if am posting in the right section but please reply and let me know what you think atleast comfort a person who cant believe that his first sexual experience ended up like this.

You will not get HIV from getting a blow job. Not only is saliva uninfectious, it contains at least a dozen identified elements that render HIV inert.

You can get a thousand blowjobs and you will never, ever get HIV from one.

There is absolutely no reason to get tested for HIV over the incident you describe.

As for other STDs, it is possible though not probable that you could get Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and even syphilis through receiving oral sex. Those pathogens are far more hardy than HIV, and can survive the singularly inhospitable environment of the mouth.

If you HAD a legitimate risk (unprotected anal or vaginal sex) - and you ABSOLUTELY DID NOT - the earliest you would want to consider testing would be six weeks after the event, though a test at three month's is still considered definitive.

I cannot stress enough that you absolutely had no risk for HIV.
