Please help. Vagina contact with Penis
« on: September 06, 2011, 10:02:19 pm »
Hi,

I just engaged a sex worker. Protected intercourse and unprotected oral sex.

I am worried. When she is giving me blowjob, it was a rough one. My penis got minor cuts/sores/blisters as a result. I do not know whether she have bleeding ulcer or gums.

I am wondering should i go for PEP. Please advise me on what to do.

You had protected sex. Thats all you need to know.

You do not, CAN not get HIV from receiving oral sex. Saliva is not only NOT infectious, it also contains over a dozen different elements that deactivate the virus.  Rough, sloppy, painful or not, you will NOT be the first person in history to have gotten HIV from getting oral sex.

No you are not. Sores, cuts, ulcerations are irrelevant when discussing HIV and receiving oral sex. It simply is not a risk. Period.

Hi,

I read up on the internet and some forums. Many said I am at risk since the cut/sores on my penis is exposed to her bleeding gums/ulcer.

I am really very confused and worried.

Please advise

Worried,

We're not responsible for any misinformation you may read elsewhere on the internet. This website goes strictly by first-tier, peer-reviewed hiv transmission science. And that science tells us that getting a blowjob is NOT a risk for hiv infection. Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect.

Unless you're in the habit of repeatedly punching a person in the mouth before they blow you, there could not possibly be enough blood present to be of concern.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST SPECIFICALLY OVER THIS BLOWJOB, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Hi,

I visited a sex worker, and I fingered her until she is very wet and full of cum juice. Next she slide her vagina over my penis and I am very sure it is in contact with my penis head. I have not insert in though. Later we have protected intercourse.

What is my risk of getting HIV? When sliding her vagina over my penis, will her cum juice in contact with my penis head puts me at risk? Do I need to go for PEP?

Please advise.

You do not need PEP

Protected intercourse is protected against HIV.

No, the infectious fluids found in a vagina are deep inside, not on the outer areas. You had no risk for HIV

i am still very worried. As she is wet due to my fingering, and after i extract my fingers out, is it possible that the infectious fluids is being drawn to the outer areas, and while she is doing frottage with me, the fluid is in contact with my penis head?

Really worried.

Any advice?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Hi I am losing sleep over this. Is it possible as she is wet due to my fingering, and after i extract my fingers out, is it possible that the infectious fluids is being drawn to the outer areas, and while she is doing frottage with me, the fluid is in contact with my penis head. In other words, the more infectious fluids deep down in her vagina is being drawn out by my fingers and in contact with my penis head? While frottage, my penis is in contact with her vagina lips. Is there risk of hiv transmission?

Please advise.

Start reading the replies you have been given. You were already told you did not have a risk.

You are worrying needlessly. HIV is a fragile virus and is absolutely not transmitted in the manner about which you are concerned. Definitely not.

Hi,

I perform unprotected cunninglus on a woman with unknown HIV status. I know oral poses a low risk, however she was having her menses. I have actually blood from her vagina in my mouth when I perform cunninglus.

Please tell me if I have any risks. Is there any PEP in bangkok and which hospital should I go to?

We have protected intercourse. But I am worried about my oral risk especially I have her vagina blood in my mouth.

Please advise me.

Hi Rapid Rod and Moderators,

very sorry. I did not know must merge and ask in one single thread. I know I should read the guidelines first before posting. Sincere apologies I will post under this same thread next time.

Meanwhile can please advise me on the situation above? I am really very worried. I am a tourist in Bangkok and which hopistal should I go to for PEP.

I've merged your threads here. In the future please follow our rule and use only this same thread for entries.

Your saliva has over a dozen elemetns and proteins which prevent the transmission of viable HIV. You are worrying needlessly. Yes, even with her having her period, you were still well protected. There is no need for testing over this and certainly no need to consider doing PEP.

Get on with your life.
