AMG 2009 Hotel Ready For Reservations

The Chandler Hotel in Boston is now ready to accept reservations for our gathering next August.  Please review the procedure below for making reservations, as well as the the cancellation policy.

The AMG information and schedule of events thread will be updated shortly.

Reservations
Reservations must be called into the hotel directly at 1-800-842-3450 or 617-482-3450.
Guests must reference AMG special Event to access your discounted group rate.
All reservations must be received no later than July 6, 2009 to qualify for the group rate.
The Chandler Inn Hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed to a major credit card.

Cancellation policy
The Chandler Inn Hotel has a 48 hour cancellation policy.  Any rooms not cancelled by 3pm on August 4th, 2009 are subject to a cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax.

Dennis   , I just got my confirmation number  so the room is booked  Aug5 thru 12....  Boutique double room

Two more rooms booked @ The Chandler.  Total of 8 nights each.

Who doesn't know what a "Boutique Double" is but may call and request one.  BTW, the entire hotel is non-smoking!   :P
