Please offer your feedback regarding the hotel I am currently working with for AMG Chicago.

$135 per night + 16.4% tax
Group must book 30 days prior to arrival
Cancel 3 days prior to arrival
No resort fee
3rd and 4th person permitted in room at $10 per person
The above rate is still being negotiated and may be less.

I'm not overly familiar with Chicago, but this looks like a good location, and a nice property. Mass transit is about 5 blocks away. Price seems reasonable, for Chicago.
Hopefully some of our members here who are familiar with Chicago, like Jeff, will comment.

The hotel also as a terrace on the roof which may be an ideal location for the meet and greet.

First, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, AND THANK YOU again.
The property looks great, the price is good (especially for Chicago), and the rooms look clean and comfortable.
So I'd be happy with this selection.
You truly are a wizard when it comes to finding us a hotel.

This is a nice place although for some it is not near Boystown (which I am sure some will visit!) I hope there will not be an additional charge for internet access (on the hotel website it seems to be only available for a charge) and I would caution drivers that the daily parking charge will be eye popping (but then this will be true of any downtown Chicago hotel.) Also the L is not immediately nearby...but then I can use the exercise. Nevertheless, the proximity to the Magnificent Mile and entire downtown area is a strong positive (pun intended!)
I hope we can work out a good date for AMG.

For those that don't know, finding an appropriate hotel at a great price is no easy feat.... but Dennis always seems to be able to pull it off.
Very pleased with the selection - keep us updated (which I am sure you will) as to the outcome - sounds like everyone who has posted is "onboard."

Free wi-fi has been negotiated for all rooms booked within the contract. The group needs to be confirmed by the end of the week. So far, it sounds like everyone is on board.
Also, once confirmed, I have menu options and prices for the meet and greet which can be held on the rooftop terrace.

I'm totally on board with this choice. There's a nice hole in the wall place right across the street on Ohio avenue. No walking up hills for miles. ;D
