Well, good news is I finally have internet here at home..........BAD NEWS is I just got off the phone to try to get this thing wireless again and I HAVE BEEN ON THE FREAKIN PHONE FOR 3 FREAKIN HOURS!!! I just could not understand customer service! I asked where he was and he said India. I couldn't understand the accent, I asked for someone else - I still couldn't understand that other person. I kept asking her to repeat things over and over. She kept telling me to connect this wire here and there, type this and that, enter some shit in this and that box and I had to keep asking to repeat it things again. She was getting frustrated, I was getting pissed. I just finally told her to forget it. I couldn't continue this anymore. I'm sooo tense and frustrated....AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH! >:( My shoulders hurt, my head hurts.....
At least now, I can let out some frustration here........sorry. I'm going to have one hell of time sleeping now. I don't understand why it's so difficult getting wireless through Dell when I had it 2 years ago!!

We didn't have internet when I was still working but, I do understand your frustration with CS/Technical Support. Just yesterday, I was trying to get a Court Clerk in Hawaii to acknowledge a letter to the Judge, I wrote in July.
I finally stated, "The Judge is a Public Servant, I am a member of the public, I wish to be served because this issue is 17 years ago and everything was completed when I left your state". I was transferred to a Supervisor and left a message because he was at lunch. He must be still at lunch after all day yesterday and all day today. ;D Have the best day

hehehe. that's so funny. sorry, probably not for you at the moment. but, when i call and end up at a call centre in India I can't understand them because, from where I sit, they all sound like they have weird American accents.
I watched a doc on Indian call centres recently. Turns out that most of the people working in them have University degrees and that they are sort after jobs as, by Indian standards, they pay rather well.
