How many fingers am I holding up right now?

At least you were on the way to a doctor appointment as you would have probably spent the evening in the bathroom playing Dr. Jeff otherwise.

I'm glad you are in good spirits and functioning, and I probably don't have to say it as you probably already know...if you start feeling nauseous.....call your doctor.

Now that I'm taking my klonnies AS PRESCRIBED instead of twenty at a time I am no longer finding mysterious gashes and bruises on my body, nor am I breaking expensive Finnish dish ware.

Also I am not having insomnia and getting steady, restful eight hours of sleep, and adhering to a sleep schedule, and my horrendous mood swings have disappeared. I should have done this years ago...

OK, sometimes I sneak one extra but that's only once a week :) And I have a bottle of Ambien now but I've only taken one of them in the past month. It's more there as a security blanket now.
