Title: my grandfather passed today
Post by: DingoBoi on August 14, 2006, 09:49:35 pm: I just posting this here instead of living or offtopic because of the cd.

I'm a bit saddened by it, but i haven't seen my parents or relatives in over 4 years and I won't be attending the funeral as it is this saturday.

I just ask that you keep a prayer in your hearts for him (even though i'm not religious at all). Saturday may be a tough day for me knowing what is happening.

The cd is still a go, though we may be assembling them all on the plane enroute :( as I just don't have time to finish everything before I leave now, but all the important parts are done with 48 burned or so.

I know you may be thinking, why are you worrying about the cd at this moment? I'm not, but I don't want to let everyone down either.

Puppy has secured a spot at Chez Friend for the duration of the trip (thank god.. didn't want to board her and I have nobody else to check on her (it's a friend from work, so i got a crate for her today.

This just came at such a bad time, but I guess there's never a good time for dying.

An extra hug or two or three would be welcome up there.

I kinda wish I could go to the funeral but that won't make a difference to him and we've all worked so hard on this event.
