Wow poor guy, that must be very trying.
He's thin but you can see the lipo other places too - the tummy, triple chin, upper back.  Weird.

I wonder if it's HIV related, or is it from some other condition.

Well if it was HIV related they probably would have written that. Instead they said it was completely mysterious. If you have HIV and then lipo its not mysterious.
