hi beautiful people here. I am glad to find this forum and u guys. also thanks for your time. my story is that i had unprotected vaginal intercourse for 5 seconds about 7 weeks ago with a sex worker. I realized she took me there without condom I took back my penis and I started to use condom. I know I had low risk and still need test. I concern about my symptoms and I know u dont discuss symptoms here but if u reply me, I would be very thankful. 4 weeks after my risky intercourse I had 2 dark brown circle shapes on my neck. they were around 2 cm big and they last in 1 week. But right after I have red spots and rash all my chest. some of them are very itchy. I am married and I start to use condom when i had sex with my wife but 2 weeks ago, condom slip some of my semen was out and some of them out her vagina. Yesterday she got a very bad diarrhea and today is worse even she start to use medical pills. Guys please help me.

Hi Cast  . Your brief condom break is low risk so its best to test at the appropriate time .

You can test 6 weeks past any possible exposure and again at 3 months to confirm the results . Its rare to go on and test positive for a condom break so I would expect you to come out of this HIV negative .

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

The only way to know your status is to test , not by discussing symptoms .

2. And now my wife is also under risk?

Yes , your wife is in danger of acquiring any sexually transmitted diseases you may have .

No its not possible to get Kaposi Sarcoma in early stage HIV , and no , it couldn't possibly come and go in a week .

No, and no. KS is a cancer that usually only appears in very advanced HIV disease. It requires treatment, and will absolutely not dissapear on it's own.

You should know that several STDs, including syphilis and HPV can be spread despite the use of condoms, and you may never notice the initial symptoms. Each and every time you are straying, you are risking your health and the health of your wife, who I suspect is not a consenting force in this equation. Not being judgmental, simply stating facts.

You both need to begin having at least twice-yearly STD panels for as long as you two are not in a mutually monogamous relationship. Many STDs can cause severe damage to a female, moreso than to a male. And untreated syphilis, of course, remains fatal.

It's a tough conversation to have, but it really neds to be had if you are concerned with your wife's health.

Also, you might want to consider bringing lubricant with you when you have sex similar tot he scenarios you mentioned. It is sold in small, single-use packets which are easy to carry and use. Your health is absolutely your responsibility.
