Non-US drug interaction checker

Well, I finally got on an anti-depressant, its the only one that I have been on that has been effective and had very few side effects. The problem is that its not licensed in the United States, but.... eh.

So, can anyone tell me if these medications are going to interact or not. Please. Or tell me how I can find out. The psychiatrist who prescribed them to me, in the other country that I have citizenship in, said that he knew absolutely not a single thing about anti-HIV medications and their interactions with psychotropic medications, except that St. John's Wort should not be mixed with Protease Inhibitors.

I am currently taking:

1) Truvada
2) Reyataz (400mg, not boosted w/ Norvir)
3) Cytomel (Also known as T3, as an "augmentation" to my anti-depressant therapy. Do a google search for "T3" and "depression" if you'd like to know more).
4) Moclobemide (a Reversible inhibitor of MAO. Known as Manerix in the UK, and Auroxix in Australia. Licensed in almost all countries except US).

The synthetic steroid is neither here nore there interaction wise

Moclobemide, rather new and specifically untested with combo meds, but, even though it uses the same liver pathways for metabolism  as ritonavir and atazanavir, there have been no interactions noted with other drugs sing these pathways so prob none to speak of with these 2 PIs. Moclobemide in a class of drugs called RIMAs and not included on the Liverpool interactions charts.

Newt is right, that site does not cover psychotropic medications interactions with anti-HIV medications.

P.S. I am NOT taking Norvir (ritonavir) along with my Atazanivir. I am just on a higher dose of it.

As you are not taking Norvir then an interaction with the Moclobemide would be exceptional and unexpected. Even if you were, it would be extremely unlikely.

I personally would be nervous about using Reyataz unboosted with Truvada because the tenofovir in Truvada lowers Reyataz levels by up to 40% at the end of dose, and in many cases this will put the concentration too low for the drug to suppress the virus properly, which may lead to resistance. The Reyataz prescribing info therefore says Reyataz should be used with a Norvir booster when combined with tenofovir.

I am aware of that, but my doctor wrote me out the wrong prescription and I had already filled them. I spent well over $1000 for a 3month supply and I told him I do not have that type of money to just get rid of the reyataz or truvada just because he messed up the dosing. He said I should be fine for the 3 months, but that we will change after these run out.
