transvaginal ultrasound and HIV risk ?

I am from India 22 years married female. I undergone transvaginal ultrasound on nov 30 for just irregular periods. I don't see condom placing on it. after the ultrasound I have every possible symptom related to sti and HIV. next day i had black stool after a week had heavy periods low, fever for one month ,headaches muscle aches red blotch on right arm . I done cbc was 16% and esr rate  was 40 mm/1hr. I also had esr rate done before to this because I was diagnosed with typhoid and it was just 16 mm/1hr..In December I had each and everything symptoms. I also diagnosed with UTI and had persistent thin sticky watery vaginal  discharge. persistent dark black stools for 2 months but went away by medicines prescribed by doctor. had 2 rapid tests at 52 days and 84 days. also had all sti tests except hepatitis negative. I also had 2 pcr dna test on 3rd month and 6th month negative again. I don't understand why I am having symptoms still
this is 10 th month and I am following
1. enlarged
papillae on tip of the
tongue and burning
sensation
 2. burning feet
and burning hands
3.burning in urine and
passing very hot urine
4.white thin vaginal discharge
5. toe nails changing pink
color
 6. grey sticky stools
7.swollen neck glands and
palms
8. bone twitching
 9.right lower chest pain
10. high heart rate
my question is i am worried about late seroconversion because of hepatitis. please comment on my situation

You have conclusively tested HIV negative and you do not have HIV .

We do not discuss symptoms because they are not specific to HIV and tell us nothing about HIV status , the only way to know your HIV status is to test and you did that already , its not HIV so you need to see your doctor and find out whats making you sick .

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED FURTHER HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

yeah I agree I should have tested for all stds yearly. but I maintain a monogamous relationship with my husband and my husband is also very faithful and he also tested negative for all std because of my condition. still I should have yearly checkup if I have unprotected sex with him ?.  my symptoms aren't a concern especially UTI and pelvic pain and vaginal discharge. seriously after ultrasound only I am feeling unwell. though you cannot diagnose me ol but I think it is only related to some sti.. but whatever it is I hope it is not HIV. are you sure that it is not HIV? but why my lymphocyte count just 16%. as HIV affects t cells I am worried about that. I am very healthy female before. never had this kind of problem before.

HIV is a fragile virus and cannot survive outside of the host body for even an instant . HIV is instantly damaged and cannot survive once exposed to oxygen . HIV is not contracted in the manner you are concerned with .

You do not have HIV and need to be talking to your doctor to find the reason that you
are unwell , its not HIV .

You are HIV negative so if you are in a secure monogamous relationship with your husband its safe to have unprotected sex as long as there are no stds present .
