Title: Future prevention method for transmission

I was wondering if anyone knew silver nanoparticles can be used to stop HIV. I just read http://www.physorg.com/news7264.html and http://www.americanelements.com/agnp.html which seem to indicate this. If so, why isn’t it used on prophylactics??
