So Scared ... Advise to me... Please

I have a some Question ....

What happened is as follows.

A 5 weeks ago, I was involved in sort of light sexual activity with a woman. It was not a sexual intercourse nor oral sex nor mutual masturbation nor even a kiss, it was what they call spanking, slapping the woman’s hips with my hands.
I was with my cloths on but the woman was not wearing anything but her blouse.

When I finished spanking her, I found her vagina wet with her vaginal fluid and so I wiped her vagina with a paper tissue.
And I wiped my penis because it was wet too. I think I wiped my glans and urethra with other paper tissue than the one I wiped her vagina with to the best of my memory, but a worry hangs on my mind that I might wipe my glans and urethra with the same paper tissue as I wiped her vagina with.   

But I’m quite sure that I used different paper tissue because I remember there was no stain on the paper tissue when I wiped my glans and urethra. If it was the one I wiped her vagina with, it must have been stained.   
However, I am worried if invisible(or small) vaginal fluid was smeared on paper tissue I wiped my glans and urethra with.

If invisible vaginal fluid(or small) was smeared on paper tissue and I wiped my glans and urethra with it, was it possible for me to get infected with HIV and do I have to take blood test to see if I was infected with HIV?
According to medhelp forum, a HIV, active or inactive, loses its infectiousness when it comes out of human body and it is not transmittable on environmental surface.

I am still before circumcision so more worried

Exactly, 5 weeks after my event, I have HIV test by Rapid Test kit, and the result is negative

1. Do i retest after 1 month later or 2 month later ?

2. In my situation, The test is conclusive?

You were never at risk of contracting HIV as you were told.

When it comes to sexual risk for HIV transmission it's really very simple. Always use condoms for vaginal and anal intercourse and you will be well protected. For everything else including what you are concerned about the risks are strictly theoretical. In the real world of HIV we know it's about unprotected intercourse. Use condoms for anal and vaginal intercourse everytime and you will be well protected.

You are worrying needlessly this time. There is no need for testing nor for further concern.

Yes, my reply was for you. Simply because I didn't mention each single sexual activity that you mentioned doesn't mean I didn't read them and understand.

You didn't do anything that put you at risk for HIV. There was no need for testing. You need to get on with your life and I simply pointed out the only risk you have to be concerned about is IF you have intercourse be sure to use condoms. You're so caught up in your head and your fears that you are not really reading what is being said to you.

I have some question

I met a woman and experienced slapping her buttocks.
I slapped her buttocks with my palms about 10 times.
There was no direct sexual intercourse.
(sexual intercourse, touching the vagina, kissing, carassing, or touching the underwear that comes in direct contact with the vagina.)

I slapped her buttocks and grabbed them by putting my hands into the underwear(panties).   
When I came home and took a shower, I discovered that my hand that I used to touch the buttocks was slightly ripped about 3mm in length.  I washed my hands with soap 10 minutes after touching the buttocks, but I felt no pain at that time.  When I was taking a shower, it begun to sting.  However, it had no sign of bleeding when I discovered it.

I did not have a sexual intercourse or touched the women’s vagina or vaginal discharge, but I think it could be possible that my wound was exposed to her viginal discharge that was on her underwear(panties).

I have the following questions which I desperately ask your answer for.

1. In my case, is it necessary to take an HIV exam?
2. If not, am I 100% safe from HIV infection?

Thank you for your help.

We've already answered your questions. You had NO RISK FOR HIV INFECTION. NO RISK. You do NOT need to test over this specific incident.

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST OVER THIS SPECIFIC INCIDENT, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple.
