This is bollocks... It makes me pretty angry. Makes me wonder what African leaders are saying about condoms and other prevention methods.

Having said that just look at the bloody vatican. Or abstinence only programs.... Argh!

It's "South Africa" there's nothing up north there.
I live in SA and you're pretty much right, our health minister thinks that you can cure hiv with potato and beetroot!
