Please help to diagnise my state
« on: October 24, 2013, 12:04:43 pm »
I had sex with CSW on sep 22nd 2013,used two oil lubricant condoms at the same time and it not teared or slipped(safely removed one by one ),one time for vaginal sex(2mins) ,no anal,no oral,no kisses.
But from very next day onwards im feeling light temp till now coming and going but doctor unable to detect by thermometer and telling no temp.
first 10 days after exposure - symptoms >> pins and needles, chills, light temp, very tired.
second 10 days after exposure - like brain fog,abdominal pain,undetectable temp,feeling shaky,muscle soreness,loss of weight,swellen groin(only balls)five to six rash dots on arms and chest.muslce pain.
third 10 days after exposure until now - same light temp comes and goes, lost weight, muscle twitches all over ,chills sometimes, reddish gum,can see white patch on tongue and it goes(cannot judge thrush or not )groin swell(balls) still there.

Tests :
as my marriage planned after 50 days already, hence my doctor adviced for rna pcr after 14 days exposure and it came back negative.
after 28 days exposure,he ordered dna hiv pcr and elisa third gen antibody 1 and 2 ,western blot for all (p17,p24,p31,gp40 etc..) all came back negative..

still muscle twitches, lil temp, sharp muscle pains here n there continuing

Please suggest me something based on above oil lub condoms are not safe or what?

You didn't have risk having protected sex . You have tested convulsively HIV negative and your symptoms are not specific to hiv , so if you are sick go see your doctor and find out why , it isn't hiv .

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for your clarification, after six days exposure, I have done basic std check ups like gonorrea, chlamydia,HSV 1& 2,herpes,syphillis and also HBC,HCV all turned negative..
Please confirm the window period of 6 days enough for these stds??

But based on my symptoms I have doubt only on HIV because I felt lot changes in my bodyas stated old post.some persons already mentioned rna and dna pcr cannot find virus because for some persons it will be undetectable (ALSO I HAD VACCINATED FOR HEPATITIES DURING FIRST WEEK<IS IT HELP TO SUPPRESS HIV VIRUS ???)

combined all antigen and antibody can able to detect at 28 days exposure if in case PCR test missed it

Please advice on this

We deal in HIV assessments here so you may want to check with your clinic on other std window periods , some of which have a window period of 2 weeks .

The Hep vaccine would not affect your HIV testing . If the incident above was your only concern in the last 3 months then you are HIV negative . You didn't have a risk and have tested negative . If you are sick go see your doctor , YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV .

I convincing myself everytime but symptoms not allowing me to become stable

 Muscle keep twitching all over..
Very light body temp..
Became weak and lean suddenly..
Experienced flu and no cold/cough(never faced like this in my life)
In my mouth under lower gum all looks reddish and some white patches can see in the tongue
Minute red dots can see somewhere in my body
Chills also
Brain fog
Groin(balls) swelled lightly but no pain
Totally changed my body after that incident on 22nd sep 2013

Also like to add i fingered vagina with my finger condom covered..

Some guys keep telling oil lubricant condom give u hiv for sure but not teared or slipped..

Am i the first person moving to positive with protected sex and below false test results(hopefully)

Rna hiv pcr - negative after 14 days
Dna hiv pcr - negative after 28 days
Western blot All antigens( p17,2434,gp,...) negative after 28 days
Elisa third antibody 1 and 2 negative after 28 days..

I strongly believe you guys words now.. 3 months or 6 months antibody test is conclusive..
