PLease help...my story.
« on: April 19, 2008, 11:53:35 am »
On march 12th I went to a strip club and got a private dance with a stripper. During the dance, one thing lead to another and she asked me if I wanted oral sex. Drunk and stupid I said yes and she gave me oral without a condom until I came in her mouth.  If that wasnt bad enough, my main concern was that I had 3 or 4 small exposed cuts on one of my fingers, right below my cuticle. I used this finger to finger her while I was getting oral. The cuts were like a strip of hanging skin just covering the exposed area but you could see the red blood vessels right below. I later found out through other dancers that she does this all the time and they all said she never uses a condom.

I went and got tested 2 weeks later and the test came back negative. Shortly after the test, about a week, I started to get a chest and head cold. SInce then, and its approximately one month, I have had chest congestion and constant coughing. I have taken every over the counter medication to no avail.  I also had swollen nymph nodes in my neck for about 2 days and developed a painful cankor sore on my tongue for a few days. Finally, I got three weird looking pimples on my bicep that went away in a few days also. I have read all these posts so I know this can be from anything but it is also unnerving having to wait for the next test at 3 months which is aways away.

My main question is with those exposed "cuts" near my cuticle and the fact my finger was inside her for at least a few minutes..is this considered a "high risk" incident.  As many are on here, just trying to hold things together mentally and looking for some accurate info. Thanks in advance and to those with HIV stay positive and hope all are well.

It isn't "high risk"....it "NO risk".

The unprotected blowjob would have put her at risk more than you...and even that "risk" is theoretical.  You were at no risk from that at all.

Nor from the fingering.  If HIV was present (and that is an "if" there), it would be deep inside the cervical area and probably deeper than you would be reaching.  Further, you would have had to have had a serious gash (like bleeding and all that) for your "wound" to have presented any possible route for transmission.  And I just don't believe you would have fingered her in that condition or that she would have let you.

Read the Lessons section here for the low down on how HIV really is transmitted...cuz this ain't it.

You're in the clear here.

No guy has ever been infected through getting a blowjob nor through fingering, (including with nicks, cuts, bruises and such), and it's safe to say you aren't going to make history by becoming the first.

You are worrying needlessly. As Hunter suggested your time will be better spent by reading our lesson on Transmission.

Cheers,

For the life of me, I will never figure some of you folks out.  Your entire thread was based on this very same subject - and it was already answered for you.  And yet...you seem to think that by popping up in somebody else's thread and posing the very same question, we're suddenly & magically gonna give some totally different answer - and then you're gonna go "AHA!"  or something and discover our ruse...that we've diabolically plotted to lie to you because we've singled you out as someone we'd like to see catch HIV and go undetected.

thats not the point thunter34.
i am sorry for posting in someone else thread. sorry.

i want to add something. many people write things like i found swollen lymph nodes or something like that. believe. every human being does have lymph nodes. the only thing is that nobody would touch all the time the places where lymph nodes are localized. but when u have the fear of being infected or something else. u start touching your neck and so on. believe. i had the same thoughts and feelings. i touched them and so on. as u can read in my thread. i got an unprotected handjob by a african SW. i know it was a mistake but i mean how small are the chances to get infected in comparism with someone who had unprotected vaginal or anal sex. believe me guys forget these symptoms. the only thing u can do is getting tested. thats what i want to say.
excuse me again for posting here.
regards

You never had a risk of contracting HIV from masturbation even if she has vaginal fluid on her hand.

bad,

Post in this thread again - or anywhere other than your own thread - and you'll be banned. That includes posting in this thread to apologise. I don't want to hear it. Just read the Welcome Thread and abide by our posting guidelines.

Thanks for all your information. I will feel much better if and when I test negative at 3 months. This helps so much in the time between then. Take care all of you and I will keep you posted.

Well, OK.  It would be helpful if certain areas that aren't allowed for others to post comments be identified as such, then the moderators have to accept such postings before they are posted.
