hiv and US immigration

I just found out that i am hiv positive, I am not a US citizen, can I be deported? Does the health department share the information with immigration services? Also is it safe to travel out of the country... . If yes how soon will they know?

You were advised you didn't have a risk and you stated your risk was, "protected sex with csw, some fingering and I had active folliculitis just below genital area 2 sores."

You can go where ever you like..it's only those of us who are "Living with" HIV that have problems with immigration.
