Yes. You can't get ARS if you didn't have a risk of becoming infected and you didn't.

Just want to clarify something here. You mention that you and your gf are now having unprotected sex. Have you both tested negative together at the same time? And are you in a securely monogamous committed relationship?
Because those are the only circumstances under which you can safely dispense with using condoms.
