Not my CD4 count but the number of days until the man who gave us compassionate conservatism, Dick Cheney & Donald Rumsfield, who declared "Mission Accomplished" before over 3000 soldiers and tens of thousands of Iraqi citizens have died, who doesn't think waterboarding is torture, who disregards civil liberties in the disguise of preventing terrorism and who has one of the worst commands of the English language is GONE!!!

If only time could pass more quickly!!!

....who "wasn't aware" that gas prices were reaching $4/gallon, who has just been declared as having the lowest approval rating in US history...

I will certainly be glad when he's gone.   What a MESS for the next President to clean up....YIKES !

I have just about reached the point where I cannot watch the nightly network news.  It's just too depressing.  Nothing but bad news, one tragedy after another, one big political fight after another.   Rising gas prices, economic woes....

We SURE need some GOOD NEWS.   :'(

Let's not get our hopes too high yet.  Considering the disdain that Bush has shown the Constitution, he just may decide to overstay his term.  If Obama wins in November, don't be surprised to see a major terrorist attack in the US in December, which would require Bush to extend his term indefinitely through the duration of the "emergency".

Who's going to make him leave?  Certainly not his friends on the Supreme Court, who put him in office in the first place.
