Traveling to west coast from east coast

Med timing. How do you guys do it?
If I take my meds say 6:30 pm eastern time.
Do I take it 3:30 west time or  stick with the 6:30 time?
Give or take the 2 hour window either way.

Surf;

Miss P said it short and sweet.

I travel between PST and EST quite a bit - I take my complera with lunch, whenever that is in the time zone I am in.

If you're concerned, perhaps switch it by an hour each day.  Personally, I just take my morning pills with the first cup of coffee and my evening ones with a refreshment regardless of the time.  Today's meds are so much more forgiving than older ones.

Being honest is not wronging others, continuing the dishonesty is.

I take my pills at approx. the same time regardless of time zone.  I'm used to taking my Atripla at about 9:00 pm, so that is when I take it -- when my watch says 9:00.

don't fret about your pill timing -- just enjoy your trip.

One thing to always remember when flying a fair distance -- you can always just skip a dose. If you dose once a day you're allowed to miss 18 doses per year with no effect (and that's a conservative way of looking at it).
