I stayed with a vietnamease csw in thialand from July 18th till second December had vaginal intercourse with her three times first time lasted less than five minutes no ejaqulation the condom was on good no problem.The second time used a condom she got on top thrusted down on me four times and then she got off of me the condom Was on she told me to take it off I did and I can remember looking at my penus it was clean but in the morning I noticed blood on the outside of the condom I asked her and she told me she did not realize she was on her period. The last time ihad vaginal sex with her was the 11th of August I used a condom we didi it doggy style it only lasted 6or7 seven thrusts but when I pulled out the condom was not on my I ran to the bathroom and washed up and urinated she told me the condom stayed in her I don't think I was in her unprotected but I could have been briefly. The rest of the time she stayed with me she did put baby oil on my penus then she would give me a couple of minutes of unprotected oral and finished with her hand this went on and off till I left on sept second. I did kiss her  and I did use my hand to stimulate her vagina . I did get sick after being with her after five days fever chills the runs it lasted 4days of being sick and I had a sore throught with a little cough till I left. When I got back to the USA I became very paranoid and on the 23rd of sept I went to a doctor and did an HIV 1/2 eia ab screen with reflexes test Herpes select tests gohnorea shill is clamidia hep abc done by quest labs.It took so long I went to the va hospital on the 27th of September  and he did a blood and urine draw and called me that evening with the negative results. A week later the queasy results came back all negative except the hsv1 . What's your take on my risk factors test results time frame of test results herpes riske ect. Thank you.

You have tested conclusively negative for HIV beyond the window period so you can put this concern behind you .

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Thank you sir dr. Hhh thinks that the HIV test I took is 100 to 99 percent at my time frames and he thinks that the oral sex kissing and mutual mastrabation is zero risk for HIV. He said if he where in my circumstances he would not test agian and he would continue unprotected sex with wife. That's Dr. Hunter h. Hansfield from med help. And he thinks the condom was left behind when I pulled out.  I made a mistake this took place in pattaya thialand and I was so lonely and she was acting like she loved me and I lost my wife in a auto accident. I thought I was practicing safe sex . This doctor who ordered the tests kept telling me when you put your penus in her mouth you have microscopic cuts on your penus and if she had brushed her teeth you could be at high risk and he was telling me that when I put my penus in her mouth it's like I was having sex with everyone she ever had sex with he told me HIV could be dormunt in a person for ten years and he said I would need to test for a whole year. The va Pa told me the same thing and he told me that the time frame of the last exposure witch was receiving oral from her was only 26 days and so he told me those HIV blood tests were worthless . But if you rule out the oral the last vaginal exposure that was possibly a condom slip would have been a little over six week negative. Because that was the last vaginal attempt on the eleventh of August  from that point on it was her using baby oil doing a few Mounties of very careful oral unprotected then finishing with her hand this went on till I left on sept second. To my ignorance I did not realize oral sex was that risky . I tested negative for everything except hsv1 and the told me that could be from being kissed when I was a child. If I would have known about combo tests I would have told this doctor to give me that test be he came off as being a expert and he said the test he gave me was fourth gen as well as the va pa . I am sorry sir for the long winded sory what's your take on all this. I am trying to put this behind me and move on that va pa did a CBC count on me one in October and one last week they were both normal. I want to but this behind me but I'm scared to take any more tests.

Your doctor is wrong on much of what he told you . HIV can not lay dormant for 10 years, that statement is patently false .The testing window I gave you is the universally excepted guideline ...The average time to seroconversion is 22 days. A person who is HIV positive will most always test positive within 6 weeks of exposure and most certainly by 3 months . A 3 month HIV test is conclusive and no further test are needed for that specific incident . 

The other thing you doctor was incorrect about was that getting a blow job is a risk . The risk for oral transmission of HIV only happens when you GIVE a blowjob to man with a high HIV viral load while you suffer significant wounds in your mouth .

There have been no fewer than three separate serodiscordant couples studies (where one person is HIV positive, the other negative.) These couples were tracked for three. five and ten years. The couples used condoms for penetrative vaginal and anal sex, but NO BARRIER at all for oral sex. Any kind of oral sex.These studies yielded NO infections.

The risk for sexually transmitting HIV are from unprotected anal and vaginal sex .
Kissing, rubbing, getting blowjobs and cunnilingus is not a risk nor is mutual masturbation or rubbing or frottage .

I just wanted to ask you I had a CBC blood work report and everything was normal except the neutrophils precentage was high according to the lad that did the tests it was 75 the lab states 63 to 74 is normal range everything else on the CBC was normal does this have anything to do with go forbid exposures.

No . It could be from a host of other reasons . The only way to know is to test specifically for HIV to know your status .

Hi i am stuck and I don't no what to do and need advise I was the insertive partner with the sex worker when she preformed oral on me. She only did a few minutes of unprotected oral on me and after using baby oil on me and then she would finish with her hand .42 to 45 days after that last vaginal attempt i was doing it to her doggy style may be three or four thrusts but whe I pulled out the condom was not on. I looked at my penus it was not wet with vaginal fluids it just felt a little damp. I ran to the shower and washed good and urinated. The only other vaginal attempts were two weeks prior the only thing that scares me is that on the second attemp there was blood on the outside of the condom I took it off and no blood was on my penus. 42 to 45 days after the condom slip or leave behind I had the HIV 1/2 eia ab screen thru quest along with ghonoree  syhillis clamidia hep abc and herpes select  all neg except hsv1 it took so long three days later went to the va did a blood draw test for HIV and others and all neg one week later qeust came thru with all neg except hsv 1 what should I do if I get a scratch or a pimple  I get scared . I am afriad to move farward.

Only unprotected anal and vaginal sex has been proven as a risk for HIV so use condoms correctly and consistently and you will avoid HIV .

So you think I should take another test and I  want to but i am afriad to . I respect all of you and thank you. I let the vietnameses csw suck my penus practically every night the whole time I was traveling in SE Asia I was the insertive partner it just was not one time she was working in pattaya thialand were I met her . You say oral sex is no risk but I had her give me oral multiple times. I feel so stupid to let her do this. The three vaginal attempts I was using condoms so I am not to worried about except for the condom slip and seeing the blood on the outside of the condom. I have never done anything like this before in my life. Let me ask you these to HIV blood draw tests that I had that were negative at six weeks and a few day over don't they stand for something. Can I get some other of your specialists as well as you to give me there takes on my situation I respect you sir and I think you are very good and I thank you I need help .

If you have not had unprotected anal or vaginal sex 3 months prior to your negative HIV test than you are conclusively HIV negative . I don't know what else we can tell you than what we have offered already . Getting your dick sucked is not a risk for HIV and no one in the history of the virus has been infected that way .

The only sex I had was the three vaginal attempts using condoms I knew I had to use condoms for penetrative sex the second time I saw blood on the outside of the condom but it was on the condom was on and I took it off and no blood on my penus head. The last time was the condom slip is that the same as having unprotected vaginal sex with her is that high risk what is it  you are an expert can I have the opinions of the other experts as well .

No problem I am acting like a child I have a gut feeling I can get another test and it will be negative god willing . I'm just really really upset with myself for putting myself in this position. I think I am ok I had condoms on when I did the vaginal. I. Bought those condoms in a drugstore in pattaya thialand do you think that is ok ? Anyway thank you for your help.
