I think it is a great name although I am a bit biased. It also examplifies your strength and stability unlike your previous name.

The new name is much better.

Hi Pete,

You're welcome! I agree, much better name. ;D

And thank you for starting this thread to let folks know. I meant to ask you to do that when we discussed your change, but I think I forgot. ??? I should change my own name to BrainFog. ;)

Hugs,
Ann

We try to not make a habit of changing people's screennames. If everyone was doing it, we'd all end up confused. We mainly agree to change names when they're something like "confused newbie". Raroy, yours isn't one that we'd change.

We do consider each case on its own merits but there needs to be a real reason for the change. You need to contact a moderator to set the wheels in motion.

Ill just stick with using my initials.  Its not bad, its makes it easy to remember log ins for most the sites I use.  OH well.  Thanks Ann!

thanks everyone for supporting my change to my name plus two places I spend the most time.  I live in Hudson County, NJ (about 5 miles outside of New York City - people mostly know Jersey City and Hoboken).  I work in Times Square NYC (ugh).  My office moved from our really shitty offices on 57th street (right near fabu shopping and dinning Russina Tea Room, Burberry, Tiffanys, Dior, Gucci, Prada,Bergdorf Goodman...all of which I can't afford) to a fabulous office in tourist central.

Congratulations on the new name.  Now, time to get on with the rest of your life.

By the way, the last time I was in NYC, Times Square was full of those seedy theatres (don't ask, don't tell).
See, changes everywhere and  things just keep getting better.
