Oysters
« on: February 19, 2007, 10:27:26 pm »
Hi all,
Valentines dinner i consumed 5 oysters, each with a different, fabulous sauce.

I am here to tell you that I have not gotten sick or any other weird things.

Yes, they were fabulous and I do not regret eating the slimy little devils......
I especially loved the cilantro-lime sauce on one of the unfortunate oysters.

Hope you got errr romantic as a result of the oysters....
For the record, better you than me.
I absolutely love sushi.  But oysters are one of the foods of the AntiChrist as far as I'm concerned.

Hey Jeff-

I had to comment on this thread for three reasons:

1) Garce Jones taught me to love oysters, and I was (and am) an avid pupil.
2) My favorite dinner is comprised of a dozen oysters and steak au poivre, a bottle of Cotes-Du-Rhone and creme brulee. What's not to love?
3) Guilt over food? What? Is sex next? Where will it end?

Yours,
Brent
