A new life - Awakening your life's pupose

so i started reading this book as per title above by Eckard Tolle and sweet peanuts what an interesting read it is for me that is. So much i can learn from this book and how I can relate to most of it and must say there will be a few changes to my life as i will surely practice or take some of it to heart. Also doing my third bloodwork since starting meds today can't believe that i'm on meds over a year now doesn't feel like it i hope that all will be good always get nervous when doing bloodwork.

so far all good just now waiting for results of bloodwork hopefully getting it soon. BP 110/60 he said this is normal well my BP has been like this for the past two years 110/60 is it good? will see about the rest which we will have by thursday the 21st. feeling ok thus far.

thanks Matty well doc drew 5 tubes for testing and he checked Lymphnodes for swelling none found said i look good and healthy also saying he can see that i train and fitness is good. the previous bloodwork my when I started meds was:

sept 2008
cd4 = 313
vl= 198000

march 2009
cd4 = 563
vl = less than 50

sept 2009
cd4 = 565
vl= less than 40 and this just after my dad passed away

I'm sure your numbers will fine... rooting for you. Keep us posted.

On the other hand the book... I tried to read when it first came out...
The awakening made me drowsy... just could not finish it. If you find my purpose in the book, please PM me the page and line number.  ;D

My partner had the book and never finished it so the other day while we were busy cleaning and sorting out our office space i saw the book and yes i was drawn to it, I asked Andy why don't you read it and he said the book scared him a bit but with me is that it was i was called to it and must say when a person is ready to make changes to their lives is to make time and read it. It has given me a better understanding as to the why's and who's in my life.

I also get drowsy when i read but a have made a point in reading it and will recommend it anyday.

CD4= 504 % 19
VL= Less than 40

all other tests is normal and in good order I am so glad for this whooha!!!!!!

Just reading through the posts before I hit the pillow!!!  What a great book!!!!!! I love Eckhart Tolle!!! Yes, it can make you drowsy but it's like the bible, you dont have to read it all in one sitting!!! Just sit back and read as much as you can, and even re-read some of the things he talks about.  Once you find yourself getting drowsy, you have lost interest in the book and IT'S OK.... it's all this deep mind conditioning we are trying to break down and the book can sometimes be a bit ummm difficult to understand because we have been taught otherwise.  I recommend this book to everyone of my friends!!!!!!

Well i finished this book, and was totally smacked at the content and how much i can relate and change how i think, so yes a re-read is planned as there are good valid points to consider and i have been applying some of it and it does work that is why he said the book either calls you or not as any book for that matter.
