iam 25 year old male. recently i had oral sex with a stranger guy (he sucks mine and not by me) and i think it lasted 15-20sec .i dont knows his HIV status ... he said he was not infected... but iam not 100% sure. 3 days after that incident Iam started to worry and scared too much and thinking about hiv all the time and i started to search Internet about the same . day 5 after the incident i feel like low body energy and headache and feel like vomiting which lasted for 2 days... and completely normal from 7th day to 25th day . 26th day i feel like flue from morning and its gone by evening. now its day 33 still iam too much worried and anxious. all the time iam thinking about it , i cant sleep , i cant concentrate on my work...... i hope you guys got what kind of tension iam going through....... wat is happening to me..... am i infected or the illness is  coz of anxiety ?

Getting a blowjob is NOT a risk for hiv infection. Not only is saliva NOT infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect. Not one person has ever been infected through getting a blowjob and you aren't going to be the first.

If you feel unwell, see a doctor. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with hiv. You did NOT have a risk for hiv infection.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST FOR HIV SPECIFICALLY FOLLOWING A BLOWJOB, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

its day 38 now after the incident .but still i have back pain and neck and shoulder muscle pain which started from the day i got fever .

Go see a doctor about your aches and pains. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with hiv.

What about sweat? .... it was too hot at that time and we two sweating too much .i think he touched hard in my body at the time of bj... was it risky?

now its day 52 but still i have one sided (right side) headache which started from day 40.

The risk factors for HIV are ...

Unprotected anal and vaginal sex .
sharing IV drugs rigs immediately after a infected person .
Mother to child during or shortly after childbirth .
