can i switch?

Hello, I have one more question about meds... I am about to start a combo this week and my consultant said if i should have problems with one of the pills, ie with side effects, as long as i keep taking them up to the point that i see him, I can switch it to another drug in the same class (eg from sustiva to viramune) and it will not be a problem or cause resistance, is this correct?

This is correct, Sustiva can be easily switched for Viramune. 

If you are not resistant to protease inhibitors you can also swap the Sustiva for one of these too.
