You've mentioned this in your other thread.

The only input you need is *GO TO YOUR GUM CLINIC or REGULAR GP* and get checked out. Explain the symptoms in full.

It really is not good for you to worry about it and post about it here rather than just go to a physician.

You should *always* go to a Doctor when you notice blood in your stool.

How, you are fortunate to be living in New York, where the doctors are much more up-to-date about the issues regarding anal HPV infection and possible cancer in PLWHA.    You need to have an anal Pap smear and/or a high-resolution anoscopy.  The latter can be done by an appropriate colorectal specialist.  Speak to your primary-care provider or infectious-disease specialist ASAP.

No one here is a medical practitioner and no one can examine you, so no one can even remotely give you an answer that is useful.

It will be a working day for you in a few hours - better to get some sleep and then when you wake up make plans to visit a Doctor.

Good luck

Go to a doctor, diagnosis by internet is ineffective.

I have hemorrhoids for a long time.  I didn't know what that was.  I can't stand for a long time and it was sometimes very painful.  A blood on your stool also is also one of its sign.  And one time my anus came out and being frightened I went to the doctor and go for a surgery.  Then it was after few months that I started treatment for HIV.  In fact this hemorrhoid was not related to my HIV status as it has been with me for a very long time.  After surgery now I am very fine.  So my advice to you, if you think you have that disease go to your doctor and there is effective medical treatment which you should undergo.

It is most likely to be a haemorrhoid or sommat also simple but you need to get you doc to look up your bum, and perhaps take a swab too, to find out for sure. If it is something more serious you don't want to wait and find out.

Yep, could be cancer.  Might want to have it looked at by a doctor.

Went to the doctor today and he said i am fine but have a few hemroids.e gave me some things to stick up my butt 3x a day to ease the pain and swollen nerves. should be ok. IT is those damn commercials on tv playing here in NYC stating that we are 17 x more likely of anal cancer but my doc said even if it;s true which it is, it is still like less than 1% of hiv poz people who get it. so i am happy now...

Good to hear its not cancer. You might wanna go to the doc once a year just to make sure nothing develops, and to keep track.
