It is vitally important that you use congress.org to contact your Representatives in your area not to forget that many people are still dying in this country from AIDS/HIV complications. We need to get more funds to save our very lives we live.

i absolutely agree with you. and if at all possible, please participate in AIDSWATCH in washington dc in late april. you can learn more about this event by going to "napwa.org".
you will be trained on how to be an effective advocate during legislative visits as well as have an opportunity to tell your personal story in regard to how the funding they appropriate to your state has helped make your life easier (ie. ADAP funding allows you to access your meds.)
on the other hand, if your state is not receiving an adequate amount of funding to help you with affording your meds or accessing medical treatment, you need to tell your legislators that they need to appropriate more money toward for these services.
