My freakin' morning
« on: September 01, 2006, 11:08:16 am »
Starts out normally...6am the alarm goes off for me to take my Happy Hivid pill. "It's Happy Hivid time, Happy Hivid Time, It's Happy Hivid Time" (Sung to the tune of Howdy Dowdy)

Went back to sleep until....The one dog goes running under the bed, the other dog starts growling at Astro the dog, and Astro has a seizure. He usually seizes at night when my husband is home, but not this morning. 7:30 he starts flailing, I try to get him off the bed, but he starts peeing, and foaming all over the bed. Damn, have to change the sheets.

Got him of the bed, and he was done seizing in a few minutes. Fine afterwards.

So, I strip the bed, scrub the mattress where it got stained. Then threw everything in the washer. In the dryer there was a bedspread from the day before. It smelled a little musty (or basement is damp), so I hung it outside to air out.

While it was hanging out, one of the dogs peed on the damn bedspread. So I have to wash it yet again....

All this before 9am.....Good times!! I want to crawl back in bed, but there are no sheets on the bed....
