CD4 down

Started treatment in May 2013 with a CD4 count of 110, then after 3 months, the CD4 was up to 220 and as first time check viral load count was 75. Now in January 14 the CD4 is down to 175 again (did not get the viral load count yet). Is this a really bad news?

Why isn`t the CD4 going more up?

That is pretty normal for it to fluctuate.  Mine sometimes goes up and sometimes goes down.  Just keep an eye on your VL to make sure its staying low to UD.

That is a normal fluctuation in a cd4 count and isn't statistically significant .

Steady wins the race with cd4 counts . It took my 10 years to consistently see 400 . As long as you are undetectable or near you will get there .
