Help needed for a tip with changing time zone

Hi guys,

I am traveling from asia to Europe with 6 hours in time zone different. Just wondering how will I shift my med. time over that period thu? Currently I take meds. Twice a day, once at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The trip is only for 10 days and I will return home.

I couldnt find the old post here so many thanks for your help in advance ^^

I don't worry much about the time changes when I travel.  I just take my pills at the same approx. time every day -- no matter the time zone I am in.

I take my Reyataz/Norvir between 7:00 and 9:00 each morning (whenever I get up and eat breakfast). 
I take my Atripla between 8:00 and 10:00 at night.

When I travel, I take them at the same time -- which means I take them earlier at one point and later at another because of the travel, but by sticking to my "clock time", I'm sure to not fall out of my routine.

And.........  my doc says this is perfectly fine.

exactly!

considering most all HIV drugs have been proven to work at 95% or greater adherence, a few hours will never make an iota of difference. Several days might not even make much of a difference; but it's at that point - of missing by days- that you begin to run the risk of resistance developing.
