I just came back from my last ID appointment and I'm back to undetectable! (I almost can hear you all saying "I told you so").

CD4: 742 (25,59%)
VL: < 20

So this time I'm undetectable for real.

This says a lot about not anticipating problems!

Anyway, besides telling you all about the good news I also wanted to ask you something:

In the lab reports there are a couple of numbers that are elevated, most of them are just barely over the normal range. However, there is one that stands out over the rest, GGT 123 (range 11-49). The only other liver enzyme that is elevated is ALT (47, range 5-41). And no, I haven't been drinking like there's no tomorrow  ;) Any thoughts about this?

Congratulations on your excellent numbers.

Apart from alcohol, which you haven't been indulging in, certain medications such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) can affect the liver enzymes.

I would not worry too much if this is the only time they have been elevated, especially the ALT is only very mildly elevated. It becomes more of a concern if the numbers are elevated repeatedly when you go in for blood tests.
