Re-infection? Both partners are positive.

Hi
I was just wondering what are the chances of reinfection when me and my partner are both positive? Are we supposed to start using condoms now for the rest of our lives?
We both very honest to our relationship and are not seeing any other people that I am very certain of.

Any help will be appreciated :)

Dealing, when were you both diagnosed?  Recently?  Are you both on meds? 

Honestly, there have been studies on "re-infection" and the people who end up "re-infected" are those who are newly diagnosed, when their viral loads are in the
millions.

If you all are monogamous, on meds with suppressed viral loads, I would not worry about condoms.  Honestly, myself, I've been with someone else who was positive, and never had an issue with this.
