Hi Jono...Perhaps you can contact gmhc.org for info on doctors and AIDS services organizations in Manhattan.

Good luck, Jody

These two are quite good and you'll get more than just regular HIV care in one place(dermatologists, counselors etc). I believe there is also a health center in the same building as GMHC.
Callen-Lorde:

Center for Comprehensive Care(St.Lukes):

Good Luck

Hey Jack.. Most of the private pratice people probably dont even even know what ADAP is lol.. I have ADAP+  (ADAP+ is what covers doc visits.. think Medicare covers mine) as well as as Medicare..  dont want to clutter answer here.. boils down to you needing to go to a clinic or hospital.. My doc is in Rochester (Strong Memorial) and I love her.. The ID clinic there rocks.. but check this site out..

Don't know if you are still looking for a doctor.  Peter was my first ID doctor.  (I changed because he is a personal friend and I could not see me discussing my most intiment physical ailments with him - just too close to home.)  He is now at a clinic on 27th street and it does accept ADAP.  You can never have too many choices.  Best of luck.  Jim
