Your risk was as close to zero as medical science allows. HIV is a very delicate virus and requires very specific circumstances in order to transmit.

It does not transmit outside the human body (precum on lips counts).

Moreover, saliva contains over a dozen identified elements which neutralize HIV and render it incapable of infection.

Your sexual risks for HIV infection are:

Unprotected anal and vaginal sex.

That is all.

Wear a condom for penetrative vaginal and anal sex and you will avoid HIV infection. It really is that simple!

you say it's close to zero, but it's not really zero? it means it's still possible? is it like 1 in 1000?

Nothing in science is 100%. People who say there is such a thing as 100% or 0% are either not being scientifically accurate or condescending to you.

There has never been a documented case of someone getting HIV from encountering pre-cum on the lips. So if it happens to you then your healthcare will be free, since you would be seriously studied as a scientific anomaly.

Please understand that what you described is in no way a risk for HIV. And yes, I would say the same if you sucked the guy to completion and swallowed.
