At last some good news
« on: August 26, 2007, 08:38:12 pm »
In the early hours of Sunday morning my cell phone rang with news we have been waiting several days for.

Despite all the tears and trauma we had been through these last couple of weeks the news reminded us we still have so very much to be thankful for....and it came in the shape of a beautiful little boy.

Our Great Grandson Aiden was born at 3am Sunday morning..and according to my Grandson and his partner he is the most beautiful little boy in the whole universe....and of course we agree with them... :D

Not only are we proud to be Great Grand parents we are so very proud of my Grandson and his family.

Just wanted to share my wonderful news with you guys.

Hugs from
Great Grandma Jan :-*

Congratulations, Jan.  A greatgrandson?  You look old enough to be a mother, stretching it to a grandmother, but a great grandmother?  I don't believe it!   ;)

I too  find it hard to believe.  In fact I'm suspicious whether those 6 kids which produced 9 grandkids, and now 1 great grandchild are really yours.  I'll bet they from Mr. Jan's first marriage?  ;)  How can a woman who doesn't look much over 35 or 40 have a flock that large?  I just don't believe it!   :-*
