Thanks for this testimony man, I personally would like it if you could elaborate a bit more on the conception of your girls, was it after you tested positive? were you on meds? Thanks!

It reads as if you became stepfather to the three girls (i lead a difficulct life with college 3 girls) by marriage, is that correct?

no i tested positive in feb 2007. and i started retrodrugs and my t-cells went to 900 and my viral load was undetectable. i concieived my 3 daughters while i was positive. my wife is not hiv positive and we had my wife and 3 girls tested for the past 3 years and nothing for them. that's why i thank someone upstairs for watching over my family. yes i did take a chance, and everything is ok:) i take the same meds still to this day. kaleatra and truvada. i never miss a dose and take it at exaactly at 8 am and 8 pm everyday.

Are the three girls triplets?  If not, props to your wife for being perpetually pregnant for close to 4 years.

   Welcome to the forums.

Wow! What a busy, full life you and your wife lead. All the best to you both. BTW, I re-read your post and I now understand what I didn't before---on top of all of this, YOU are in college. Wow!

Eric this is fantastic for you and your family. But I am wondering why you dont take all your meds at once.
I am also on Truvada and Kaletra, But I take them all together at 08:00 pm every day and also have not missed a dose. I been taking them now for 3 years. I take them all at once I find it much easier then twice a day.
