Title: Bleeding Lip and deep french kiss with Stripper
Post by: ecllipse01 on October 17, 2012, 05:37:40 pm
Hi

I need you advice on my HIV fear, I went to Stip club in Clevland and had couple of drinks and went for lapdance and she used her finger nail to slit my lip and it started bleeding not heavily just a drop or 2 and she started deep french kissing and i don't know her HIV status. Please advice if HIV can be transmitted like this.
It happened 12 weeks before and have ARS like symtoms.

Thanks

Saliva is not infectious. YOU had a cut, therefore SHE might have been exposed to your blood. WHich, be the way, it still not a risk for HIV in kissing, as saliva contains over a sozen elements that neutralize HIV and render is incapable of transmission.

Thanks for the reply,

Can you please confirm even if she is HIV + and had any mouth bleedings then also it will be very low risk.
I was googleing a lot and unable to find the correct answer some cases they are telling no risk and in some same they are telling HIV can be transmitted.

I just don't get why the stripper slit my lip and I was drunk so i didn't noticed until next day. I remember we had Deep french kiss and liquid may have exchanged after the lip bleeding.

Thanks

Listen, theoretically anything other than sex with your own hand could be a risk. But in the real world of HIV we know that the only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse.

There's never been a confirmed case of transmission via kissing no matter what scary details have been thrown into the mix. It's safe to say you won't make history by becoming the first.

Other STDs can be passed through kissing but not HIV. As JK pointed out, your saliva does a very effective job against transmission of viable HIV.

ecllipse,

Of course you tested hiv negative. Kissing is NOT a risk for hiv infection. Not one person has ever been infected through kissing and you were not going to be the first.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!!!
