Yes, it's possible.

The fluids that can transmit HIV are: semen, pre-cum (which is what you're asking about), vaginal fluids, breast milk and blood.

Oral sex has very low (but not zero) risk. Penis-to-vagina is higher risk.

Out of curiousity, are you on meds? I apologise for not going through your posting history to find out.

If you are on meds, you have no chance whatsoever to infect with pre-cum.

If you have a high viral load, there is a theoretical possibility of infecting with per-cum thorugh oral sex if the female has a severely compromised oral cavity (Google "meth-mouth") which would inhibit the production of saliva and create large open wounds in the mouth.

However, "theoretical" risk should not be confused with actual risk.

The risk is low, but it's not 0. You know the routine: viral load fluctuates, undetectable in the blood is not necessarily undetectable in the semen. we don't know how often the OP is tested. I find it a little irrationally exuberant to tell someone who needs info that there's no risk whatsoever, when almost no one says that that's true. No?

He (and his partner) should evaluate the risk based on the best evidence available, and it shows a small, though real, risk - especially for vaginal penetration by a raw poz top as opposed to oral.

I'm not trying to sound preachy, I just don't see where this idea that undetectable means non-infectious has come from. Again, low is not 0, and some people may not want to take a 1% chance, even if I or you would.

I definitely would. ;)

The question was precum and oral and frottage by a person that's undetectable , so that is indeed a no risk situation .

The OP's native language is not English, and I took " or the penis touch her vagina" to mean significantly more than frottage. People also tend to exaggerate downward in this area.

Either way. We sometimes seem too flippant with other people's risks, but I'll learn to keep my trap shut lest I offend the gods of this site once more.

No offense taken and none offered I'm sure , your contributions are always welcome .

The OP pops in once in awhile and ask the same questions again that he already knows the answers to .

sanitex -

ignore MTD -- the comment may or may not have been directed at you and you're right, he's got a baffling uncontrollable need to insult people.

sanitex, what exactly is your question?  You want to know if you an rub your dick on her vagina?  A little dipping?

If I read you correctly, you say you AVOID contact with her vagina, until you have the condom on.  If that is the case, you are not going to transmit HIV.

Also any oral without condom is ok.

The three reasons I decided to pipe into this thread is 1) (to tell you to ignore MTD) and 2) yes I agree with oksikoko, if there is a language barrier, the question and answer may be obscured --- thus my re-ask, above.

and 3) since you volunteered the information that you are not disclosing....

Well if you are having a "romance" -- meaning dating -- you should disclose.  Just my opinion on such matters...

Some people thing we should disclose to EVERY partner.  Im in the minority who feels its ok, cause I'm like you undetectable and using condoms -- not to disclose in certain casual situations.

But by all means if its a romance, disclose.......  If you hope it to go somewhere.

Well that was off topic but there it is....

Thanks Mecch , that's exactly what I meant from my question and to
penetrate on her vagina I always make sure that the pre-cum was dried out
and clean it with my underwear, because I knew from what
I read that HIV does not last long on the surface.anyway what I usually called
sperm was the (milk colour type) when we ejaculate .though I played with cautions
Because I knew what it means to infect someone.normally we practise safe sex with condom all times.
