I had sex last night with guy. Condom was always on when he was inside me. He did take condom off when he was not inside me and rubbed his penis by my butt hole. I had small cut by the butthole from pooping and whipping  butt too hard four hours before sexual encounter. Cut was burning from lube.. During intercourse.. I'm just scared maybe his precum touched my cut when he rubbed penis on my cutt and I'm  I'm infected with hiv now.  He was unsure if he had it or not cause he hasn't had a conclusive 3 months rapid test. So penis precum touched cut outside body am I at risk?

You never had an exposure. For HIV to take place it would have to be unprotected penetrative anal sex.

Can you answer me why other sites say semen to blood is risk or is that just theoretical of my situation and that it doesn't really happen in life just theory....is the whole semen to blood thing have to occur in the body... Thanks guys for feedback

I try concentrate on the science involved in the way HIV infections occur and transmission routes and not comment on what other web sites may or may not be reporting .

The science is clear in a case like the one you are concerned about . HIV is an extremely fragile virus that cannot survive outside the human body due to changes in temperature and PH levels . When the HIV virus is exposed to air it becomes damaged instantly and is rendered unable  to infect . If HIV was as easy to contract by simply being exposed in the way you are concerned about we would be in big trouble and most of the world would have HIV by now . HIV is transmitted when you engage in unprotected vaginal or anal sex that involves penetration . If you use condoms correctly and consistently you will avoid exposure to HIV .
